Hi Daniel I met you on the West Coast a few moons back and watched a West Coast GrandFinal and chatted to you at Wingham Park,the holy grail of NZ Rugby League history. I heard of your injury and it recalled when a close mate had same injury,and with a lot of work and help from friends and family your life can still be awesome. Your advice and encouragement helped me coach a few junior teams to victories over much favoured provinces,I had Slade Griffin in my team then and a few other boys went onto higher honours. Thanks again for your influence and you left a lasting impression with your professional but “down to earth” attitude. I wish you all the best going forward in your recovery but you still have your Mana 100% and that will never change

Fortio Ito / Wouldnt it be Wonderful !!!!!! Old Marist boys always stick together.....Old Wonderland staff just subtly nod and acknowledge each other !!!!!! Those early days at Wally World were always fun - I ended up staying there 5yrs, but the early days were really cool ! Nathan used to always keep a keen eye on your teams - mind you he did that on every team every sport......sadly we lost him to cancer in 2013. 'Gotta admit, I remember hearing of your accident, but then like everyone just got on with life.....the publicity your getting this current weekend bought everything back to attention and rightly so !! Keep fighting...every step counts, and if it has to be that those steps arnt with your feet...so be it ! But don't give up...those behind you will ensure you don't !
